These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bgh33 ("bgh33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bgh33 website located at https://bgh33.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the bgh33 Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, whether or not you complete account registration. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and bgh33. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

bgh33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Access to and use of the bgh33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bgh33 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit access to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering and playing for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any commercial entity or for any business purpose.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bgh33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

By registering an account on bgh33, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

To access the full range of bgh33 services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Account registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account on the bgh33 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgh33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bgh33 employs OTP-based two-factor authentication to protect registered accounts, and we strongly recommend enabling this feature. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, bgh33 is required to complete identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection standards. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

bgh33 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile wallet

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bgh33 is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by bgh33, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bgh33 wallet within seconds of confirmation from your payment provider. bgh33 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of request submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met.

Wagering Requirements

Funds credited as part of a bonus offer are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is detailed in the individual promotion's terms, which are displayed at the time of claiming each offer.

Currency

All transactions on bgh33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in BDT. bgh33 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

bgh33 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: a 200% welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free-spin offers, and seasonal festival bonuses tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and Victory Day. All promotions are subject to the following general bonus terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the point of promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for that specific offer.
• bgh33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in progress at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash value before wagering requirements are met.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, or using automated betting systems — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• bgh33 applies a maximum cashout limit to certain bonus types. Where applicable, this limit is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit of at least ৳500 are eligible for the bgh33 200% welcome bonus, subject to the full welcome bonus terms available on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Depositing via all supported payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) qualifies for the welcome offer unless otherwise stated.

As a registered player on bgh33, you agree to use the Platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of other players or disrupt the operation of the Platform. Specifically, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter, including during KYC verification processes.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify bgh33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the Platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the Platform, including operating a betting syndicate through your bgh33 account, is strictly prohibited.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh when accessing and using the Platform.
• Not use any software, algorithm, automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on bgh33.
• Not engage in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or deliberate loss of wagers for the purpose of satisfying bonus wagering requirements through artificial means.
• Promptly inform bgh33 of any technical errors, malfunctions, or game glitches that result in an incorrect outcome or unintended credits being applied to your account. Exploiting known errors is a breach of these Terms.
• Ensure that all funds deposited to your bgh33 account originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

The following actions and behaviours are expressly prohibited on the bgh33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, forged documentation, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the bgh33 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. bgh33 maintains strict anti-money laundering controls and will report suspicious activity where legally required.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any other method designed to extract guaranteed value from bonuses without genuine recreational play intent.
• Cheating and Collusion: Using any method — technical or social — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players, including the use of bots, scripts, card marking, chip dumping in poker, or real-time assistance software.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or payment disputes after wagering deposited funds. Any confirmed chargeback attempt will result in account suspension and pursuit of recovery through appropriate legal channels.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your bgh33 account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using bgh33 to operate any commercial gambling service, syndicate, or third-party betting operation.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical operation of the bgh33 Platform, including its games, betting engine, payment infrastructure, or user database.

Either you or bgh33 may close or suspend your account under the circumstances described in this section.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your bgh33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, bgh33 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are resolved. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of a defined duration (minimum 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the agreed duration has elapsed. bgh33-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bgh33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent account information
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime
• Compliance with a legal requirement or regulatory obligation

In the event of a bgh33-initiated closure for cause, any remaining balance will be reviewed in accordance with the findings of the investigation. bgh33 is not obligated to return funds where the account closure results from confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgh33 excludes all liability for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the bgh33 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through participation in any game or betting market on the Platform
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events
• Errors, delays, or failures in any third-party payment provider's processing systems
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market data caused by a technical error, where bgh33 has acted in good faith to correct the error
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform for any purpose other than entertainment

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, wager settlement, bonus calculation, or any other Platform transaction, you must contact bgh33 support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted beyond this period may not be investigated. bgh33 will review all genuine disputes and respond with a written determination within a reasonable timeframe. bgh33's decision on all gaming and betting disputes — including those involving technical malfunctions or human error — is final and binding, subject only to rights you may have under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bgh33, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your misuse of the bgh33 Platform.

bgh33 reserves the right to am end, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: compliance with applicable law, changes to our product offering, updates to our payment processes, or improvements to player protection measures.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bgh33 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon next login to the Platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to be aware of any changes.

If you continue to use the bgh33 Platform after any amended Terms have been published and notified to you, your continued use constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation of these Terms is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict between language versions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bgh33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
